TERMS & CONDITIONS
Late arrivals:
Please call 0478 720 132 if you are going to be late. With a late arrival we may need to adjust your service to fit the time frame remaining.

Late collections
Please collect your dog around the specified time unless a prior arrangement has been made. If they aren't collected within an hour of completing the service there will be a late charge added. Late charges are calculated at $10 per 10 minutes.

Cancellations
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations under 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment.
